FY2025 Form 990-EZ Operational Highlights
Filed in February 2026 under EIN 45-5370178, Reach-Out Colorado reported $64,619 in annual revenue and $72,621 in total expenses, dedicating 93.4% ($67,842) directly to Totes of Hope ($37,712) and Emergency Assistance ($30,130).
Historical Mission Restoration · “SO HOW DOES THIS WORK??”
Reach Out Colorado – Community Resource and Referral Center: ROC was born out of the realization that in spite of existing charitable organizations, needs in the community are still going unmet. One factor is that those in need either do not know WHERE to go or do not know WHAT is being offered.
Rather than reinvent the wheel and create additional or duplicate services, the ROC’s mission is to serve as a community outreach RESOURCE & REFERRAL center, connecting those in need with appropriate services.
1. Emergency Assistance
As a Resource & Referral agency we refer individuals to the proper service and apply available ROC funds ($30,130 in FY2025) for emergency medical bills, utility vouchers, prescription medications, housing vouchers, gas cards, bus passes, housing repairs, food, and clothing.
2. Volunteer Teams
Through our community Volunteer Teams we operate School Programs (Totes of Hope, $37,712 in FY2025), Christmas Angel Tree gifts, Senior Assistance, winter coat drives, and ESL & community leadership integration for our Latino neighbors.
3. Community Research
Working alongside Garfield School District Re-2, Grand River Health, and 11 partner agencies in Rifle and Parachute, we continuously identify resource gaps and design practical grassroots solutions for unmet local needs.
